Do your prices include delivery?

No. There are too many variables to include freight in our prices - volume, weight, location, service (air, road, next day etc).


We are happy to provide a freight quotation upon request.

 

Can I see how my logo will look on a product?

Yes. Once you have confirmed your order we create a visual showing logo size, position, colours etc for your approval. We do not proceed to production without your approval of this.

 

What's the fastest turnaround time you can deliver?

Different products require different amounts of time depending on where the source stock originates and what decoration method is required. The secret is to make your timing needs clear when make your initial enquiry. That way we can make sure we respond to your enquiry as speedily as necessary and offer the best advice to ensure your needs are met.

Can you deliver to multiple locations? Nationwide?

Of course! Not just nationwide but internationally too. As well as having warehouse and delivery capabilities in the major cities, we have long term relationships with reputable couriers and freight companies so we know how to get your goods to wherever you need them quickly, safely and cost effectively. We're able to count, pack and prepare product in our secure warehouses too so if you are running a promotion across multiple locations then you should make full use of our distribution expertise.

 

My brand colours are critical. Can you match them accurately?

Yes. We know what needs to be done to ensure your logo is correct whether it is being digitally printed, electronically transmitted, offset printed, embroidered, screen printed, pad printed, vinyl cut or via any other production technique. Various methods require a different approach and we have the experience to ensure your logo is correct. Every time.

 

Do your prices include GST?

No. You will need to add 10% GST to our quoted prices unless you are ordering from outside Australia or if your order is exclusively for export.

 

What are your trading hours?

Is there someone that can come out to see me?

Yes, QCA have account managers in WA, SA, Vic, NSW and QLD who are able to visit most customers. If you wish to see an account manager, please contact promo@quickcorporate.com.au

How fast will I receive an order?

This will vary depending upon the items ordered, most items are delivered between 2 and 6 weeks. If an item is held in our warehouses on indent, orders can be shipped in 24-48 hours.

If the manufacturers are out of stock of an item how long will it take to get it?

Depending upon the items out of stock, replenishment can be from 3 weeks to 16 weeks.  Confirmation of stock levels will be made at time of receipt of the order.

What are the charges for freight?

Freight rates will vary depending upon the delivery location(s), size, weight and bulk of the items to be shipped. A freight quote will be provided on receipt of your order. You are, of course, able to collect or use your own freight company.

What is APPA?

QCA is proudly and Australian Supplier and member of APPA. The Australasian Promotional Products Association is our member association. It is the only association in the promotional products industry offering member support. Members of APPA agree to trade with integrity and professionalism.
